I love the new year! Love it! I love the newness, the possibilities, the printables! What? The printables? Yes! I love pretty printables. So much so, I created a whole bunch for us to use this year. These files are sure to get us organized this year right? I created blank, undated calendar pages (so you only have to purchase them once), Bible journaling pages, Habit trackers, a Bible Reading in a Year plan–actually two of them! Pretty, inspiration section dividers, gratitude lists…and if there’s something I didn’t create that you need to make your own personal planner complete, let me know! Now, let me tell you about these pages and the amazing offer I have on them and why.

*UPDATE: I’ve written a book, Bible Journaling Tips, Inspiration and Permission, to encourage and inspire you in your Bible journaling!

Calendar and Bible Journaling Pages

"Bible

First let me tell you, all of these pages are free, for a limited time, for email subscribers of The Littlest Way. After that, you will have to buy them, but at, what I consider, a fairly inexpensive price. I am a momma of a large family…I love pretty printables…Those two don’t always go together. I understand why people charge what they do to purchase their lovely printables–there’s a lot of work involved. I also understand wanting to incorporate beauty into something as simple and ordinary as a planner, but not being able to justify the expense. Hopefully almost anyone who wants these printables, will be able to afford them. (If not, email me and we’ll see what we can work out, ok.)

Now, let me tell you about these pretty, pretty printables!

I created an undated, monthly calendar. This is so you can buy once and use year after year. At the top of each calendar is a section for “Scripture Memory.” I know–how handy! It’s a page we look at all.the.time! Might as well add our Scripture memory to it. By the end of the year, we very easily could have twelve verses memorized just by glancing over them on a daily basis every time we check our calendar.

Next I created undated weekly planner pages. Again, buy once, use over and over. The weekly pages are a two page spread–I need the room and I’m guessing some of you do as well. At the top of the beginning of each week it reads, “Thank You for This Week.” I want to be a more grateful person and what better place to start than to thank God for the days before me.

I left big open columns and lost of white space on these pages. I am forever jotting messages, lists and reminders on scraps of paper only to lose them. Not anymore. These columns can be divided into “Morning–Afternoon–Evening,” “Child 1–2–3,” “Home–Work–Personal…” make these your own.

At the bottom of the columns are reminders to drink more water. I swear I am part camel based on the amount of or lack of water I consume. I need the reminder. Then there is a note section. The second page of the weekly spread includes a column for prayer intentions. Again, the whole scrap of paper issue for me. And at the top of every page is a quote from the saints. I need the inspiration, intercession and example set out by so great a “cloud of witness.” (Hebrews 12:1)

Those are all the pages I have bound in my planner. I have this fear of leaving or losing my planner and it having intimate conversations I’ve recorded between God and I in my prayer or Bible journaling section. Do I really want my dental receptionist to know God is working with me on anger, pride or selfishness? No thanks…haha! That just shows my pride!

"Printable

I have a separate planner for my Bible journaling printables, gratitude list, and habit tracker. I printed out the blank calendar pages and on the back, I printed the “Bible in a Year” pages. Then I printed the Bible journaling pages to fit in between each month. I love, love, love having these two things all in one place! I also printed the Bible journaling pages to learn more about God and His Son–“Character Traits of God/Jesus.” I printed off the “Topical Study” and “Notes and Doodles” pages. (I printed some of the “Notes and Doodles” pages to go in my actual calendar as well–more pretty space for notes and reminders.)

Next, I have my “I Am a Grateful Person” printables. Again, I love having all these pages in one place. I cannot even tell you how many spirals I have floating around for this and that. Now I can keep them all together. I also have a set of “2 New Habits This Month” pages printed. I have a goal this year to work on two new habits a month…reading, crocheting, walking…whatever. Having a visual chart helps me. I like to keep an unbroken link of “X’s” or colored boxes to help me stay motivated; I don’t want to break a continuous chain.

I’ve included a “Book a Month” printable, you may read more or less, it’s a starting point for some and a day for others. I’ve also included some prayers and tenants of our faith, just one page front and back. I shared in a post how we memorize scripture, prayers and catechism question, “Scripture Memory, Catechism and Prayers.” If you are wanting to learn more about our beautiful and rich faith, but aren’t sure where to start, these lists are a great starting point!

I also spruced up the Prayer Journal printables to match the new planner! I printed these in my Bible journaling planner. I also included more traditional morning and night prayers.

Whew! This post is long. Let me tell you a couple more things. First, each set of printables or printable is it’s own PDF file. I did this so you could mix and match and customize your personal planner and Bible journaling planner. I chose to print blank calendar pages with the “Bible in a Year” reading plan on back…you may not want to print it that way. I have my habit tracker in my more personal planner…you may choose to keep them in your calendar planner. I have my gratitude list in my Bible journaling planner…you may keep yours in your calendar planner. You may read ten books a month and totally scoff at my “One Book a Month” printable…ok by me. There are also a couple of divider pages. I’m pretty sure we’ll each have our own place we want to insert the dividers. I used two of the dividers as cover pages…again, make this your own!

I printed these all at home, two separate planners, and then took them to my local office supply store to have them coil bound…easy peasy and inexpensive.

And again, if there is a particular printable you would like that I did not create, contact me and I’ll see what I can come up with.
