27/365 at The Littlest Way:Waiting…I spend a lot of time in the car waiting for children. That’s ok, I like the quiet. Right now I’m also waiting on myself or God or the both of us. Apparently I need the quiet. I’ve been blindsided by a pretty good dose of burnout in the last week. That’s ok too…fighting it will only tire me more. And although I’ve never been here exactly, I’ve tucked away sound advice…and noticeable silence from Elizabeth at Heart of My Home and I know it’s ok and even necessary to be quiet for a time.

I told my spiritual father this week, “I cannot do one.more.thing right now and everything feels like one.more.thing right now.” His advice, “Don’t do one.more.thing. As a matter of fact, see what you can stop doing or scale back on right now for a time. Instead of doing one.more.thing… do one thing, with more love.”

Yes father.

[119,1
120
