That was a bad idea. So I tried to stop. That was an unsuccessful idea. I could not just “Not think about” something and leave that empty void in my mind. I had to replace the negative thoughts and images with something and I chose inspiring Bible quotes<\/strong> to fill that void. Scriptures that proclaimed the truth about me and who I was in God’s eyes. These verses, especially some we will be looking at in Philippians, were crucial in my effort to change my negative thinking habits.<\/p>\n Below you’ll find a link to a simple worksheet I created. But you know what, it may not suit you, and that’s ok. Do what works for you.
